A structured, intensive mental health care program for those with severe substance use disorders.
PHP mental health programs offer a range of services such as individual therapy, skill development, and medication management, in one location.

IOP is a level of care lower than PHP allowing clients to focus more heavily on what addiction is and what it means.
Clients will attend clinically guided classes and will begin the 12 step process during this time.

OP is a step lower from IOP programing, an individual will be exposed to healthy coping skills and tools, emotional processing, identifying triggers, and further ideas of the addiction disease.

Provides a physically and emotionally safe environment, a trustful and transparent relationship with a clinician where the individual is involved in their care, and a place to allow community to bloom.

A set of coordinated activities to assist individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services.

The Lighthouse is a outpatient treatment facility in a quiet corner of Elizabethtown. Lighthouse's goal is not only to help you get sober but to help you stay sober. We offer PHP, IOP, OP, Individual therapy, Peer support , as well as targeted case management services. The Lighthouse values its integrity, trust, accountability, compassion, transparency, and person-centered programming.
